Bio

Arnoldo Becho is a graduate of the University of North Texas and has more than 10 years of experience as a Librarian. He currently serves on the Library Services Act advisory board and assist the Texas State Library in determining accreditation review of public libraries. Arnoldo is also leader within the Hidalgo County Library System.
