The City Secretary is the clerk of the City Commission, with duties including preparing its meeting agendas and recording its minutes. Additionally, the City Secretary is custodian of all the papers and records of the council proceedings, such as ordinances, resolutions, proclamations, and contracts as well as its election to office. As such, the City Secretary maintains these files and produces them in response to any request by public information.
